Setup and usage charges.
Setup fee
The one-time setup fee covers customer onboarding: the configuration, imports, connections, workflow setup and training listed for each package. Product development remains ORCA's investment; the setup fee is not unlimited custom software development. Your subscription starts when the agreed package is activated and accepted.
Usage charges
Calling, SMS, e-mail delivery, AI consumption and payment processing are usage charges at the provider's rates, disclosed in writing before activation; they are not included in the monthly subscription.
Separate services
Website development and ongoing SEO are separate services. Phone plans and numbers, marketplace seller fees, maps and hardware are the customer's own unless the written scope says otherwise.

When does the subscription start?
When the agreed package is activated and accepted after onboarding. Until then nothing is charged monthly.
What does the setup fee include?
Customer onboarding for the package you choose: configuration, the agreed imports and connections, the standard workflow and training listed on the package card. It is not unlimited custom software development; anything outside the listed scope is quoted separately.
Which charges are usage-based?
Calling, SMS, e-mail delivery, AI consumption and payment processing are billed at the provider’s rates and disclosed in writing before activation. They are not part of the monthly subscription.
Can I add modules or staff later?
Yes. Add-on modules, extra staff accounts and extra marketplace channels have fixed monthly prices (see Optional enhancements and Build your own solution). A package never charges twice for a module it already includes.
Do you build websites or do SEO as part of a package?
No. Website development and ongoing SEO are separate services; ask us for a scope.
Can I start with a custom combination instead of a package?
Yes. Build your own solution below prices the Core workspace plus the modules you tick; setup for custom combinations is quoted after review.
Is a request a purchase?
No. “Request this package” and “Book a demo” send us an enquiry; we reply with the confirmed scope, setup and monthly cost. Nothing is booked or charged online.
