One stock figure shared by every channel you add.

Stock keeps one quantity per SKU that every channel reads. Today that quantity comes from supplier feeds and imports reconciled against marketplace reports; the central ledger with barcode movements and low-stock alerts is in development.

Who it helps

Automotive retailers, parts sellers and distributors who sell the same stock through more than one channel.

The problem

Quantities drift between the shop, the marketplaces and the supplier feed, which causes oversells and lost sales.

Key features

  • Supplier CSV and feed imports (working, internal)
  • Reconciliation of marketplace stock with reports (working, internal)
  • Central stock ledger per SKU and location (in development)
  • Barcode receipts, picks and adjustments (in development)
  • Low-stock alerts from your rules (in development)

How the workflow runs

  1. Supplier CSV or feed brings availability and cost in
  2. The shared quantity updates
  3. Sell publishes the new quantity to each channel
  4. Ledger movements and low-stock alerts (in development)

Where AI helps, and where rules stay in charge

AI can flag unusual movements and draft reorder suggestions from history once the ledger exists. Stock levels only change through recorded movements, never from an AI guess.

Required integrations and access

  • Supplier CSV layout or authorised feed
  • Barcode scanner or phone camera (optional)

Customization options

  • Extra locations and feeds on quote
  • Custom supplier formats need a mapping review
