The Inventory Management System is the console an automotive parts seller uses to keep one catalogue and stock record feeding Amazon.ca: items are prepared from supplier data, listings are created and updated, quantities are published daily and orders are imported with their status.
Verified workflow
- Catalogue items prepared from supplier data with cost, pack quantity and brand rules.
- New Amazon.ca listings created nightly from a ready-to-upload queue with a minimum-profit rule; existing listings updated on request.
- Daily quantity sync from supplier availability and returns.
- Order import with status and finance data; exception lists for missing costs, suppressed listings and pricing issues.
Status and limits
Pilot for one seller account (Canada). Not built, and not offered today: fitment and VIN lookups, OE cross-references, a returns/RMA portal, invoice OCR, landed-cost and MAP rules, multi-supplier routing and role-based approvals. A central stock ledger with barcode movements and low-stock alerts is in development.
