Supplier Feed Synchronisation keeps a seller’s marketplace quantities in step with what suppliers can actually ship: a supplier availability file is imported every day, reconciled against the seller’s own records, and the resulting quantity is published to Amazon.ca.
Verified workflow
- Daily import of one supplier’s availability and cost file (44,000+ rows) into the catalogue.
- Reconciliation against marketplace reports, with the quantity sync job publishing the result to Amazon.ca.
- Exception lists for items with missing costs or conflicting data.
Status and limits
Pilot for one supported feed and one seller account. A central stock ledger with barcode movements and low-stock alerts is in development; new supplier formats need a mapping review before they can be supported.
