The Driver & Delivery App turns point-of-sale invoices into delivery stops for a parts distributor’s own drivers, shows each stop’s status as it is completed, stores photo proof of delivery and gives dispatch a live map of vehicles and trips.
Verified workflow
- Delivery tasks created from POS invoices and assigned to a driver’s run.
- Stop list on the driver’s phone with status per stop and a photo captured at completion.
- Push notifications to drivers when runs change.
- Live vehicle location, trip history, replay and geofence alerts from phones or supported trackers.
- Dispatch view of status, location and delivery history.
Status and limits
Pilot in internal use for one distributor. Not built, and therefore not offered today: route optimisation and live customer ETAs, e-signature or PIN/barcode proof, cash-on-delivery handling, offline-first operation, pre-trip checklists, SLA dashboards and driver scorecards. Location visibility limited to shift hours is in development. Map, SIM and hardware costs are separate.
