The Technician App is a planned work-order application for service businesses: an enquiry or order becomes a job, a technician is assigned, time and photos are recorded, parts are noted, and the job closes into the customer’s history.

Status
Planned. No technician or work-order application exists yet; the entry describes a design concept so that service businesses can plan. It is scoped and quoted only once a working workflow exists for a customer’s case. Related working pieces today: driver tracking and delivery status (Track, pilot) and call logging (Call Logs, pilot).
